The focus of the night is on prostate cancer awareness.
Bendigo and District Prostate Cancer Support Group’s Neil Macdonald said attendees at the free event could win a television.
“We will have the lucky walnut competition,” he said.
“When people enter the park they will get a walnut.
“At the end of the evening we will draw the lucky walnut and the winner will get an LCD TV.”
Blue lights on the Bendigo War Memorial are promoting Men's Health Week.

The event is part of Men’s Health Week in Bendigo.
The Bendigo Advertiser has run a series of stories showcasing men within the community who have pursued healthy and active lifestyles.
Men’s Health Week organisers hope the stories of community members will prompt others to undergo annual health checks.
The support group’s members also have taken to Bendigo landmarks to spread the word about prostate cancer.
The group has hung a poster from the Bendigo Bank building asking men when they last had a health check.
Buildings in Pall Mall have external blue lights and blue ribbons are around poles.
“We want people when they see blue to think about prostate cancer like they do with breast cancer when they see pink,” Mr Macdonald said.
Prostate cancer survivors David Parkin, a four-time AFL-VFL premiership coach, and Kevin Sheehan, the AFL’s national talent manager, will speak at tonight’s event.
A sausage sizzle and blues music will be near the rotunda in the park. The event will start at 6pm and will also include the Chinese Lion Dancers and handball and basketball shooting competitions.
