30 Jan, 2012 11:12 AM
SYDNEY indie-rock band Bluejuice have let slip they will be part of the Groovin the Moo festival this year.

Normally kept tightly under wraps, the GTM line-up is always hotly anticipated by regional music audiences.

The band confirmed their part in the regional music festival while performing on Triple J's Like a Version last Friday.

The five-piece group's latest single Act Yr Age reached number 20 in the Triple J Hottest 100 on Australia Day.

Ac t Yr Age comes from Bluejuice's 2011 album Company.

The band's first album Problems was released in 2007. Two years later they released their second album, Head of Hawk, which featured arguably their most successful song Broken Leg, which reached number five in the 2009 Hottest 100.

Bluejuice are touring as part of the Big Day Out festival that played in Melbourne yesterday and travels to Adelaide and Perth this week.

The remainder of the Groovin the Moo line-up will be released on February 7.
