tomers for simply choosing to pay a bill in person.
Rightly, the carrier withdrew the fee and refunded the additional monies it had received for doing absolutely nothing.]]></description>

In the lead-up to what will inevitably be a difficult day for many Victorians, it’s worth noting that for those closest to the tragedy and destruction, Sunday February 7, 2010, will be just one more day of immense pain and sorrow.]]></description>
